The Enneagram is meant to help us grow — not just categorise ourselves. But sometimes, suggestions for supposedly growth-inducing exercises fall flat. ”Focus on your point of integration” or “Explore your type’s virtue” aren’t exactly helpful advice if I’m currently having a hard time and it’s a struggle to even just be present with myself. But what if we could cater the exercises we use to the level of development where we currently find ourselves? This book builds on the booklet Climbing the Levels of Development that, if you have this discounted payment link, you already purchased. Please make sure you have the revised version, which you can download here.
The course guides participants through the developmental levels with teachings, guided meditations, exercises and open work. It consists of 10 modules (outlined below) and the opportunity to schedule discounted private sessions with Cicci for the duration of the course. Every module is recorded and put up on the course page for streaming, for anyone who couldn’t make a particular session or wants to review it again. (These are not for download and only while the course lasts.)

Note: Below are eleven dates, but the course is only ten modules. Whether Module 3 will happen on September 18:th or get pushed one week forwards (in which case every session after that happens one week later) is as yet unclear. If September 18:th is skipped, the 10:th session will happen on November 13:th.
Teaching the course
Teaching the course is Cicci Lyckow Bäckman, who is also behind this Exploring the Enneagram home page. Cicci has trained with Don Riso and Russ Hudson, is certified with the Enneagram Institute, USA, and has led experiential growth groups for more than 15 years.

Booking an individual sessions during the course
During the course, participants who wish to do so can book individual sessions at a discounted price. Just contact Cicci and tell her you’d like to book a session, and you can settle on a date and time. Discounted sessions need to be booked and paid for within the duration of the course, but the actual session can take place later.
