In this course, you learn to recognise unwanted reactive patterns and automatic strategies that you keep returning to, but which might not always be in your best interests. Of course, we will also explore the freedom that waits behind these patterns, once we start dissolving them, making them more conscious.
In the first module, we will look at why we have these patterns, where they came from, why they are actually a good thing sometimes, how they might be less good at other times and have us slide into unwelcome situations, and, not least, why it is that they are so hard to shift, even when we’ve spotted them and even if we are genuinely sick of them.
In the second module, we will be looking at different types of patterns that we have — and these may cover larger territories of your life than you originally thought. And this is a good thing. If you suddenly see more patterns than you were previously aware of, that doesn’t mean you created them now and gave yourself more work – it just means that you didn’t identify them until now, but they have still been operative in running your life for you! 😊
In the third module, the focus will be on how we can untie the knots, dissolve the hardened structures, and looking at how we can make practical use of this knowledge in our lives and take this work further.
