An interactive, experiential online course
The Enneagram is meant to help us grow — not just categorise ourselves. But sometimes, suggestions for supposedly growth-inducing exercises fall flat. ”Focus on your point of integration” or “Explore your type’s virtue” aren’t exactly helpful advice if I’m currently having a hard time and it’s a struggle to even just be present with myself. But what if we could cater the exercises we use to the level of development where we currently find ourselves?
This course builds on the booklet (downloadable pdf) Climbing the Levels of Development, which is also included in the course, and guides participants through the developmental levels with teachings, guided meditations, exercises and open work. The course consists of 10 modules (outlined below) and the opportunity to schedule discounted private sessions with Cicci for the duration of the course. It also includes the booklet mentioned above, which means if you already bought it, you get €7 deducted from the course fee. Every module recorded and put up on the course page for streaming, for anyone who couldn’t make a particular session or wants to review it again. Teaching the course
Teaching the course is Cicci Lyckow Bäckman, who is also behind this Exploring the Enneagram home page. Cicci has trained with Don Riso and Russ Hudson, is certified with the Enneagram Institute, USA, and has led experiential growth groups for more than 15 years.

Booking an individual sessions during the course
During the course, participants who wish to do so can book individual sessions at a discounted price. Just contact Cicci and tell her you’d like to book a session, and you can settle on a date and time. Discounted sessions need to be booked and paid for within the duration of the course, but the actual session can take place later.
